Meet Ireland Trobaugh

Ireland joined Rosenbauer in February 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in customer service and a solid background in medical billing. Since 2015, she has built her career on a foundation of compassion, empathy, and kindness—qualities that consistently shine through in every interaction. Her experience in medical billing has also honed her skills in clear communication and attention to detail. Ireland is always ready to listen and genuinely committed to helping however she can. She’s passionate about ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and supported.
