Ireland joined Rosenbauer in February 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in customer service and a strong background in medical billing. Since 2015, she’s built her career around compassion, kindness, and truly caring for the people she works with; something you’ll notice right away when you talk with her. Her experience has also given her a great eye for detail and a knack for clear, easy-to-understand communication.

Ireland is also a licensed insurance agent, so she’s able to help answer just about any question you might have. She’s always happy to take the time to listen and make sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
